Position: Receptionist
Location: EZ Tires & Auto Repair. 5033 Franklin Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95820.
Type: Full-Time (8:30am - 5:30pm) Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a smile, both in-person and over the phone
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer information
Coordinate with the repair team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
Process payments and handle transactions securely
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Enthusiasm for working in the auto repair industry is a plus
