Position Summary:
The Outbound Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying potential prospects, engaging with key decision-makers, and generating sales accepted leads. This position involves a combination of strategic research, expert communication, and thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed product and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Utilize various prospecting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential leads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies to nurture leads.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to lead generation and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot, and Google Meet, ZoomInfo.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all management levels.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
