Sacramento Rack and Shelving (www.RackMan.com) is looking for an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years experience in the Material Handling / Warehouse Equipment industry. We are looking to add a highly motivated, positive individual to our team. This position is based on normal business hours M-F and a company car is provided for use during business hours.

Duties:

- Conduct inside / outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the territory of the Greater Sacramento area

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

- Proven experience in inside and/or outside sales in the material handling field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
