Responsibilities:

Proactively seek new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' flooring needs.

Offer expert advice on flooring and window covering options, designs, and installation services.

Follow up on leads through various channels like phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Collaborate with the team to create accurate project proposals tailored to clients' needs.

Ensure timely delivery and installation of materials by coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors' activities.

Achieve and surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Assist with various tasks and projects as required.

Requires:

Proven sales track record, preferably in the flooring industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.

Customer-focused with excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
