MSUH Inc. is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join the team at our Avis/Budget location. You’ll be the welcoming face of our car rental operation, balancing excellent service with efficient processing and operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Greet & Assist Customers
Provide a warm, professional welcome
Answer questions about car options, pricing, upgrades, and policies
Process Rentals & Returns
Accurately handle check-in/check-out procedures
Collect payment, verify driver info, and manage contracts
Vehicle Inspections & Lot Management
Conduct exterior vehicle checks after returns (damage, cleanliness)
Maintain organized and presentable rental counters and lots
Promote Offers & Upsell
Suggest upgrades, protection packages, and add-ons to customers
Provide Exceptional Customer Support
Resolve basic issues or redirect as needed with empathy and efficiency
Administrative & Team Tasks
Answer phones, manage reservation changes, maintain counter area
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required)
Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational ability with attention to detail
Comfortable standing, walking, and light physical tasks
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
