Temporary Enrollment Specialists Needed – Immediate Need
A well-established Fortune 150 insurance company is seeking Enrollment Specialists to assist with large, pre-scheduled voluntary benefits enrollments over the next 2–3 months. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. You must have your California health insurance license to apply.
What You’ll Do:
Enroll employees in health and voluntary benefit plans
Work inside existing payroll accounts (no cold calling, no prospecting)
Support on-site and scheduled enrollment events
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with people
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Prior enrollment, benefits, or customer-facing experience helpful, but not required
