Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Comfort Advisor to join our sales team. As a Comfort Advisor, you will be the face of our company, helping clients achieve optimal comfort through our range of HVAC solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our HVAC systems and services.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC equipment replacements and service repairs
- Collaborate closely with our service team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to enhance your skills and contribute to our fun culture.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
