Sales Canvasser

What you'll do:
Train new team members on effective door-to-door canvassing techniques
Strategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doors
Assist in marketing efforts on the doors and at events
Conduct training sessions to equip new representatives with the knowledge and skills they need
Motivate and inspire the team through ongoing support and feedback
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills for effective canvassing and customer interactions.
Previous experience in sales to successfully promote products/services door-to-door but not required.
Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade potential customers.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse communities.
Supervisory experience beneficial for leading and coordinating canvassing teams.
Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
