HVAC company who provides service on HVAC units to “Retail” stores and similar clients nationwide.
Our company is currently searching for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of either customer service or inside sales for a. “Service” related product. We’d prefer HVAC background, but will consider customer service for other similar services, such as plumbing.
Responsibilities include, searching for Sub-contractors in geographic areas that are needed. Requires lots of phone calls and ability to secure those contractors to our team who would service our clients in their specific geographic area.
Must have extensive outside call experience to current, past and potential clients to up-sell or to troubleshoot a potential issue for a client. Must also have data entry/ software experience.
Will work remotely from home and will be required to assist in “On-Call” some weekends to assist our clients if needed.
