We have immediate availability for private suite renters. Each room is approx. 9x10' and has counter with storage space & a sink. Perfect space for you to run your business.
(One much larger room available for an additional fee)
Amenities: Free Parking, close to freeway, Complimentary Wifi for you and your guest, private salon suite, 24 hour security surveillance, breakroom with refrigerator & microwave. All utilities included.
Current services we are looking for booth renters to provide:

Facials/Esthetician Services
Eyelash extensions
Waxing/Sugaring
Make-up
Permanent Make-up
and more. (Sorry NO Nails or Spray Tans, due to odors/ventilation)
You should have valid license for any services you are providing that require licensure. Since this is a space rental you will be in charge of your own scheduling and taking clients payment. Full-time Rental only - Sorry, No part-time or Shared Rooms.
