MM Beauty is a skin care and makeup studio located in the Arden Park/Sierra Oaks area, which is a great central location in Sacramento.
We have a room for rent part time for a waxer, lash artist, massage therapist or other like profession. We offer a clean, calm environment for you and your clients. The room for rent does not have a sink, but there is one in the main area. There is a washer/dryer on site and amenities for your clients. We are looking for someone with established clientele that is open to sharing the room and wants part time (1-3 days a week).
Rent includes wifi, utilities, alarm system, secure entrance for you and your client, completely private room and parking. Please send us your resume and what you are offering. No walk ins please as we are open by appointment only.
