Lavender Salon and Blowout Bar
Part time: $500/mo or Full Time: $750/mo (can also split into weekly payments)
Shared Room available for lease takeover (no down payment required) and up for a 1 year lease renewal in December. Located inside Lavender Salon in Rocklin, has a super cute waiting area a coffee bar, shared kitchen/break room w/ washer and dryer, as well as two bathrooms for you and your clientele.
Room is best suited for a lash artists; I have also been doing full body waxing, brows, and tinting and lash lifts. You can adjust your side of the room however you see fit. Lash training will be available to anyone looking to learn or brush up on their technique.
A shared Fresha (scheduling app) is offered so you have visibility on roommates hours and can adjust your schedule accordingly if needing to ensure privacy in the room. Not required.
