Winery looking to hire assistant to the Winemaker and vineyard manager. Ideal candidate is a self starter that likes to work both inside and out. Okay with working in solidarity, cold and hot. Learning the protocols for our winemaking style and vineyard management. Willing to wear multiple hats and work on different projects. Some winery experience is preferred but not required. There is an opportunity for the right person to train into the lead role as Assistant Winemaker/vineyard manager. Must be able to work some long days during harvest, some split shifts, and okay with heavy physical demands.
