Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Equipment preventive maintenance
Equipment repairs and troubleshooting
Completing maintenance checklists and creating and updating procedures
Documenting all work completed
Ordering replacement parts and supplies
Prioritizing work
Train new staff
Keep building clean and in order
Keep tools and supplies organized
Equipment to be maintained includes motors, compressors, forklift, scissor lift, a/c equipment, lighting, fans, plumbing, cleaning equipment, filters (liquid and air), surveillance systems, water heaters, hydraulic equipment, and other commercial building equipment.
We provide all tools and equipment needed to perform work
Qualifications:
5 years experience in commercial building and equipment maintenance and repair
Willing to work one weekend day and occasional overtime as needed
Be on call for emergency repairs
Must be able work with electrical tools, hand tools, welder, and other equipment needed for building maintenance and repair work
Ability to do basic electrical repairs
Must be hard working, dependable and responsible
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to climb ladders, operate equipment, be on your feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be proficient with computers
Supervisor or lead experience beneficial
Experience managing inventory and supplies beneficial
