Experienced Appliance Repair Technician

Must have a great attitude and be customer service oriented.
Must be able to work independently but also be a team player.
MUST be able to pass a background/driving/drug screen
MUST have a valid driver's license.
Must have own tools, we supply specialty tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ultimately be able to accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home.
- The ability to give the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair.
- Must be computer literate. We are a paperless company.
- The ability to use a computer for service call processes, routing functions and parts/inquiries.
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional
basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
- The ability to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service.
- Pleasant, well groomed, polite manner for dealing with co-workers as wells as customers.
