Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced fiberglass / vinyl repair technician to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating repairs on fiberglass and vinyl materials for various home builders and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair fiberglass/acrylic shower and bathtub units.
Repair vinyl window frames.
Perform repairs in both occupied and unoccupied (in production) homes, and occasionally at warehouse/store locations.
Document completed repairs and associated costs.
Communicate with clients to determine the scope of work, set expectations, schedule repairs, and notify them upon completion of repairs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
At least 3 years of experience in fiberglass and vinyl repairs.
Experience with stainless steel and solid surface repairs is a plus, but not required.
A reliable vehicle in good working condition, for traveling to repair locations in the greater Sacramento area.
Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email, with a clear, confident, and friendly tone.
A desire to expand familiarity with additional types of specialty repairs.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $65,000 – $85,000, plus commission based on completed repairs.
