We are seeking a skilled handyman/property maintenance person to provide services on an as-needed basis to our facilities in Grass Valley, Auburn, Olivehurst, and Yuba City. This is a contract position paying $30 per hour, with a travel bonus for travel to facilities other than the main location(s) assigned, depending on applicant location and facility needs.
The successful applicant to this position must be responsive and reliable, have dependable transportation, and will be able to supply their own tools as needed. All needed parts/supplies will be provided or reimbursed. Please highlight your skills and knowledge regarding property maintenance when applying and indicate if there are any areas of property maintenance you are not comfortable or knowledgable to perform.
Ridgeline Pediatric provides pediatric day health services to children and adults with specialized health care needs. Because of the nature of our business, the selected individual must be willing and able to pass a LiveScan and provide negative TB test (paid by the company).
