Job Description:
As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in the completion of various construction projects, focusing on tile installation and carpentry work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both trades, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform high-quality tile installation, including cutting, setting, and grouting tiles.
2. Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry, and finishing.
3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in both tile installation and carpentry preferred. 3-5 years in each trade preferred.
2. (Preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication skills required.
6. Proven ability to stay on time and on budget on projects.
7. Ability to focus on the details while still seeing the big picture to anticipate issues, find solutions, and present them to management.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
