Lead Tech > Supervisor > Project Manager
The Position:
We are looking for someone who enjoys what they do and has the skills to match their positive attitude. Below are preferred requirements needed to be successful in this position.
Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, etc
Provides after hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month
Able to work 8+ hours a day as needed per job
Interaction with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner
Taking moisture readings at each monitor, taking and uploading photos, readings, and notes into our job database for our in house representatives to use
IICRC Certified a Plus but not required
Must have valid California driver's license
