We are seeking a Senior Logistics Claims Coordinator for our Reverse Logistics Department. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 6-8 months.This role will be a member of a dedicated team focused on investigating and resolving freight shortages, addressing issues with shipments that need immediate attention and improving business practices. This position reports directly to the Supervisor Logistics Claims.Key Qualifications:
Experience in transportation
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with carriers and bills of lading
Experience Requirements:
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and succeed in a fast pace, high volume environment.
Skilled in problem-solving
Skilled with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Outlook
Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with external customers and internal partners at all organizational levels.
Minimum of 2 years in transportation preferred, but candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will be considered.
Shift Details:
Schedule: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21.50 - $23.00, commensurate with experience and internal equity.
