Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Accounting Assistant at our San Diego, CA location.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Accounting Department on the following tasks and responsibilities, in which we are willing to train for:
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Some experience in accounts payable processing and vendor relations
- Working with ADP or other Payroll systems.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills / attention to detail and accuracy.
- Weekly Payroll and Project Change Orders
These are just a few of the tasks for this position.
Requirement for the Candidates are the following:
Great Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Available 5 Days a week / Monday - Friday / (40 hours)
7:00am to 3:30pm
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated drive, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and cooperative attitude.
Able to be agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.

Compensation is based on knowledge and experience.
Ranging from $23 - $25 / Hourly
