Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise financial records for multiple small retail businesses
- Efficiently conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and statements
- Ensure consistent updating of company records
- Handle account payable and account receivable tasks
- Accurately process payroll and assist with customer interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail/wholesale environment
- Proven track record as a Bookkeeper, with proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
This full-time position requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Part-time options may be available for exceptional candidates.

- Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Handle payroll tax returns, such as W-2s and 1099s
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to professional standards
