We’re a small, growing food production company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage our weekly payroll and handle accounts payable and receivable. This is an on-site role—remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do:
Run weekly payroll
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Keep financial records organized and up to date
Assist with reconciliations and reports
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in AP/AR and payroll
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to work independently and stay organized
Bonus if you’ve worked in food production or manufacturing
