Small accounting firm seeks part time Administrative Assistant to start immediately.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, take messages, communicate with clients
Schedule appointments
Sort daily mail
Filing
Run errands to bank and post office
Keep front office and conference room neat and organized
Create and process Fed Ex shipments
Order office supplies
Data entry into tax program, excel and word
Hours 9-2 monday thru thursday
