-One nice semi-furnished bedroom, private bath, washer/dryer, Gym, Pool, four acres/nature, driveway parking, including free utilities when not over-consumed (e.g., high speed internet), kitchen with food provided, and TV.
-Beautiful gated property, 10 minutes from ocean and located near parks, trails, and highway access.
Looking For: A nice person to help with administrative computer work/projects and Property Management.
-Experience with Apple computers; including Facebook/Instagram/social media, and the ability to help.
-Assistance with Property Management-related tasks (e.g., making phone calls, scheduling inspections, etc.).
-Assistance with posting advertisements for items and services online (including buying and selling).
Additional Requirements:
-No drugs/alcohol/smoking, please.
-No pets (sorry!).
-Possibly long-term, if right situation.
-Quiet, peaceful, and health-focused people preferred.
