We are seeking an energetic, qualified individual to join our company as a Construction Management Assistant. This position will assist with all aspects of construction- estimating, supervision, project management, etc. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time management skills who can accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of site administration and construction procedures
Preform clerical duties to facilitate estimating, scheduling, and project management
Preform on-site tasks- cleanup, inspections, deliveries, etc. when necessary
Inventory and maintain tools and equipment
Log site incidents and occurrences
Requirements and Qualifications
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
Microsoft Office
Work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred qualifications
Associate degree in construction management or relevant field; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Spanish speaking
Experience with construction site administration and procedures
Experience with blueprint reading, compliance requirements, and commercial construction
