Our Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Underground Utilities Estimator/Project manager.
Applicant must be Drug Free.
Clean Driving Record.
Must be professional and approachable and demonstrate strong effective communication skills.
5-10 years in underground utility and heavy civil construction estimating and PM experience is strongly preferred.
Must have references.
Must display a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
Must have great team working skills
Must have a good attitude and willing to face challenges and come up with solutions
Must be a good problem solver
Must have strong computer skills with the ability to use office systems. Estimating software experience is a plus.
Must be able to work full time- This is not a work from home position.
Must have full and complete knowledge and understanding of underground utilities for water, fire water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drain, underground detention systems, detention basins, (grading and other earth work is a plus.)
Underground Dry Utilities is a plus for Electrical, Communications and Gas.
This is full time position in our office with the occasional job site visits for meetings, and site awareness.
This position will come with an opportunity for benefits after 1 year of employment.
Additional/Possible Bonus opportunities and Commission for awarded and successfully completed projects that hit Specific Profit Margins.
Pay Types are negotiable for the right candidate with the right experience.
