Looking to hire an Accountants payable and receivable office clerk
Position is Monday-Friday 9am-1pm
Located in Home Office in El Cajon, CA

Looking for a motivated individual that can help organize and be adaptable
Duties to include
Processing invoices: Entering invoices into the accounts payable system, verifying them, and preparing checks
Paying invoices: Processing payments and ensuring they are approved
Maintaining records: Filing and keeping track of supplier records
Reconciling reports: Reconciling payable reports
Responding to queries: Answering financial questions
Calculating and posting transactions: Calculating and posting business transactions
Clarifying invoices: Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures
Experience with Quickbooks, Intuit, Outlook, online portal payment services
Should be organized and able to multitask and manage their time efficiently.
Reliable and responsible with time efficiency
Able to Answer phone lines and provide customer service
Does not call off of work weekly and willing to work more hours as needed
