Customer Service Job / Medical Office

- Customer Product Support (Downtown San Diego)

- Compensation: $20.00/hour-$25.00/hour

Small medical supplies office in need of in office support M-F 9am - 3pm. Will be in the office by yourself a lot of the day. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL ALONE. If you commute by Trolley your MTS pass will be paid for by the company.

Main duties of this position will include:

Answering all inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries from consumers with questions regarding products.

Assists with placing part orders for customers.

Checking on payment status of previous orders

Entering customer information in the system

Must have a clean driving record. The need may arise to deliver orders though most orders are shipped.

Must be able to comfortable lift/move 15-20lbs max as the need will arise to organize the office from time to time.

All other Consumer Service duties as assigned to guarantee success of the overall team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to provide clear and concise instructions over the phone and through email utilizing Microsoft Office.

You will need to have strong time management skills and need to be able to adjust to match workflow fluctuation.

Punctual, you will need to be in call & email queue on time to engage with our customers.

Independent thinker and strong problem-solving skills.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be comfortable working with computers (AdobePDF maker, Microsoft Office Suites)

Non-smoking office environment.

Requires both verbal and written communication with our customers, and face-to-face contact with others in the company.

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
