Job Description:
As an Indoor Plant Care Specialist at Folha Oasis, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and vitality of indoor plants at various client locations. This role involves regular plant care, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and pest management. You will also assist with repotting plants, implementing plant care plans, and providing clients with plant care advice.
Responsibilities:
Water, trim, and care for indoor plants according to their specific needs
Clean plants and the areas around planters
Inspect plants for pests and diseases, and apply appropriate treatments
Repot plants as needed to ensure healthy growth
Provide clients with plant care advice and recommendations
Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and schedules
Ensure all plants meet Folha Oasis quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests
Manage your materials and needed materials for future services.
Restock on materials at our workshop in Chula Vista.
Workshop: Preparing and packing plants for our marketing events.
Assisting with the Installation of new plants.
Repotting of clients' existing plants.
Qualifications:
Passion for plants and a strong knowledge of indoor plant care.
Previous experience in plant care, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to lift and move plants and supplies as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
