We provide the training and materials required for RBT certification.

Ideal candidates for the Behavior Consultant position would be; fun, energetic, flexible, reliable, and hard working.
Qualified individuals will understand behavior modification techniques, but will also be able to "think outside of the box" and be silly, goofy, and engaging while working with their clients. Clients range in age between 2 and 17 years old.

As a Behavior Consultant you should have:
Experience working directly with children on the autism spectrum
Should be close to completion (within 3 semesters) or have completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field
Knowledge and experience with ABA
Knowledge and experience with various methodologies used with children on the spectrum, including but not limited to DTT, PECS, TEACCH and PRT
The ability to play with, reinforce, and motivate your clients
Reliable vehicle with current automotive insurance
Note: It is important to understand that travel to and from clients across the county is an integral part of this position.
Due to licensing constraints, all potential candidates MUST be able to CLEAR Live Scan fingerprinting for DOJ and FBI level clearances. Please do NOT apply for this position if you cannot submit a clear fingerprinting.
We are currently looking for part time and full time Behavior Consultants in the North San Diego area. We will work with you to accommodate schedule flexibility. We have afternoon and weekend hours available if that fits your schedule/need.
