Boutique real estate development firm seeking a full-time Project Coordinator who excels at organizing chaos.
Responsibilities will include supporting Project Manager and Superintendent, processing contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals; maintaining all logs; distributing new drawings; organizing and maintaining all job folders; creating and maintaining project management reports.
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in commercial construction with a general contractor, ability to work effectively with others in a fast paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional manner in dealing with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors and co-workers. Must be experienced with Microsoft Office suite (particularly MS Excel). Please respond with resume and include salary history.
