We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architect/Draftsman to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Architect/Draftsman who will play a crucial role in our design and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background, proficiency in drafting and architectural software, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be experienced with CA building codes.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations based on client requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development.
Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and visualizations, to clients.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Must be familiar with the process of submitting permits for approval.
Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
Must be experienced with CA building codes.
