Architectural firm looking to add an intermediate or senior technician / draftsperson to our team. This is a full-time position.
JOB DUTIES:
Work with Project Managers and Architects to produce construction drawings for repairs and renovations to buildings. Drawings may include:
o Plans, elevations, details, isometrics, and schedules
Assist Project Managers and Architects in the evaluation of various failed building conditions. Work may include:
o Conduct inspections and document testing; compile notes and photos
o Research manufacturer assembly instructions and related industry standards
o Research building code requirements and violations
o Prepare graphics and digital presentations for reports, video conferences, and mediation / arbitration / trial
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience with A/E industry firms
Experience with AutoCAD 2024, Bluebeam, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Cloud
Team-oriented, friendly, energetic, helpful, pro-active
Ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritize independently; ability to meet deadlines
EXCELLENT SKILLS REQUIRED IN:

Writing and editing, including spelling and grammar
Mathematics, including basic algebra
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
