Job Description:
As an all-around FOH employee, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience. Your friendly demeanor, efficiency, and ability to thrive in a busy environment will ensure our patrons have an outstanding visit. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and positive attitude.
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operating the cash register and processing transactions.
Recommending menu items and providing information about specials.
Assembling orders and ensuring their accuracy before serving.
Maintaining a clean and organized counter area.
Assisting with restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.
Handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns professionally.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintaining a sense of urgency and composure during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of Breakfast cuisine is a plus.
