Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Front of House (FOH) Lead to take the reins and set the tone for our FOH team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a knack for building team camaraderie. As the FOH Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and embody the spirit of Casero Taqueria.

We are also hiring FOH Team Members who are eager to deliver outstanding customer service as servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders.

Key Responsibilities for FOH Lead:

Lead and mentor FOH staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, team schedules, and service quality.

Ensure all guests receive exceptional service that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise.

Collaborate with management to implement service standards and training initiatives.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, bar program, and special offerings.

Qualifications for FOH Lead:

Full table service experience is required.

Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cocktails is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities for FOH Team Members:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.

Take and serve orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in FOH areas.

Support the team by assisting in various roles as needed.

Stay informed about menu items and daily specials to answer guest questions.

Qualifications for FOH Team Members:

Full table service experience is required.

Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.

Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is preferred but not required.
