We're looking for that ideal customer service team member who wants to tend bar and works with a great attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. We believe in teamwork and will train the candidate that understands the concept of customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on quality and creativity.
Deliver friendly, attentive service that enhances the experience for every guest.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and in shared areas.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Certificate/License: Valid Alcohol Awareness RBS card
Contribute to inventory management and ordering when needed.
Work closely with teammates to create a welcoming, lively environment for our patrons.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math.
Education: High school education or equivalent required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A true team player who’s willing to wear multiple hats.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Must be 21+ and available to work 6 AM – 12 Noon, weekdays and weekends.
