Applicant must have:
A MINIMUM of 4+ years experience in an upscale restaurant/bar
A great knowledge of wine and spirits
The ability to perform table service
The ability to multi-task, working a busy well while also serving guests
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to take direction and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
A professional appearance and demeanor
A friendly and positive attitude
The ability to problem solve
A talent in name and face recognition
