San Diego Brewing Company, a leading craft brewery known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional brews, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Servers and Bartenders. If you have a passion for craft beer, excellent customer service skills, and full availability, we want to hear from you!
Server:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about our offerings
Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience
Handle payments and process transactions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Engage with customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
ID customers to verify legal drinking age
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Knowledge of craft beer and brewing processes is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking abilities
Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid Food Handler’s and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications or willingness to obtain upon hiring
