Kitchen Help Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients
Prepare simple dishes such as salads, appetizers, and side dishes
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
