From the team behind KINDRED and MOTHERSHIP comes a new dual-concept located in the enchanting neighborhood of University Heights. VULTURE (Mid Century American Continental Fine Dining) and DREAMBOAT (all day micro-Diner) is looking to hire its entire kitchen crew for its opening in January/February 2025.

VULTURE and DREAMBOAT's culinary program comes from the inspired collaboration between Chefs Pancho Castellón (previously of Serea Coastal Cuisine and Michelin starred Niku Steak House) and Ryan Costanza (Atelier Crenn, Dija Mara, Present Tense, etc). The menu and techniques offer an incredible opportunity for new and experienced chefs to learn and execute something wildly different, and to gain experience in the opening of a high volume restaurant. We are looking for a CDC to join Executive Chef Pancho in the kitchen.

The right candidate does not need to be vegan or to be expert in plant-based cuisine. But they should definitely have an appreciation, curiosity, or some basic-level understanding of the category and approach.
