We are a dining establishment on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach seeking an Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary operations. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food quality.
Develop and implement innovative and seasonal menus that enhance our culinary offerings.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storage, and supplier relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary professionals.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary position in a high-volume setting.
Proficiency in a wide range of culinary techniques and menu development.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
Capability to excel under pressure and adapt to evolving demands.
