This is a job that will involve different shifts throughout the week with varied focus: some dishwashing shifts, some prep shifts, some bar prep shifts, sometimes a combination. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned dish person to acquire new prep skills, or for a dish/prep candidate to learn new skills within the bar prep arena.
