Baja Beach Cafe is one of PB’s prime restaurant/bars located in beautiful, sunny Pacific Beach directly on the beach boardwalk with a view of the ocean. This location is frequented by groups of fun, vibrant tourists, travelers, and locals.

Qualifications and Skills:
-At least 4 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Fridays, BJ's, Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.).
-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.
-Excellent communication skills and a responsible, mature, professional demeanor.
-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.
-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.
-In search of a PROACTIVE MANAGER, ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE , PROFESSIONAL, AND MATURE
-Knowledge of Toast systems preferred but not necessary.
