This position works directly with owners, kitchen manager, bookkeeper, cooks, dishwashers, servers and bartenders.
We make small changes to our menu, frequently, but generally, our menu doesn't change unless to improve a process, reduce waste or try a new special. Longstanding High Volume American Restaurant. Very simple menu. Small staff.
Oversee inventory, receiving, issuing and reporting.
Verify receipt of product, organize and rotate properly.
Ordering through vendor websites.
Supervising and performing line checks, prep and cooking.
Comfortable with guest interaction and providing floor support.
Maintenance, cleanliness and organization.
