Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests with charm and professionalism, setting the tone for an elegant dining experience.
-Provide expert recommendations on our French menu and wine list, offering insights into ingredients, dishes, and wine pairings.
-Ensure personalized and attentive service, anticipating guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
-Stay well-versed in the menu, including seasonal specials and chef’s features.
-Handle guest inquiries and requests with grace, ensuring every dining experience is memorable.
-Maintain the high standards of French dining etiquette and fine dining service.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a fine dining setting, with a focus on French cuisine.
-Strong knowledge of French food and wine, with the ability to recommend pairings confidently.
-Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
-Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
-Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
