A very busy North Park restaurant that is dedicated to true hospitality and caring for our team. All hourly staff pool tips (BOH + FOH), meaning we provide a dignified wage for all team members.
THE JOB
We are looking for experienced professionals that are committed to the hospitality industry and are looking to grow with our company. Our team needs FOH team members with serving, hosting, and/or bartending experience for full and/or part-time work. If you love this industry, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a team that strives for excellence, cares for one another, and provides stability, we would love to meet you. Weekend availability is required. Need to be willing to have split days off/work holidays, etc.
WHAT WE OFFER:
PAY
Starting pay: $16.85hr
Tips are pooled and generous, which add another $15-18 per hour
Paychecks, including tips, average $30 - $33 total (includes hourly + tips) per hour, gross pay
BENEFITS
Sharp Premier Silver HMO plan for full time employees (30+ hours)
MediExcel Platinum HMO cross-border plan for full and part time employees (20-29 hours a week average).
EXTRAS
We provide complimentary staff meal everyday at 3pm
We offer a shift drink, ie a beer after every shift
SCHEDULE
Shifts are 4-6 hours or 8 hours with a 30 min break
Shifts start between 2pm and 5pm, and typically end between 10pm and 11pm // NO LATE NIGHTS
