We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Hostess to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience by providing exceptional hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth flow within the dining area. Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant - Manage reservations and seating assignments using Toast and Open Table. Provide accurate wait time estimates and monitor the waiting list - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area - Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries or take reservations - Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service - Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
