Job descriptions:
- Greet and welcome all customers entering restaurant
- seat customers following the plan
- reserve tables for reservations
- help customers with waitlist
- organize and clean waiting areas and front area
- take phone calls
- assist waitstaffs with to-go orders
Job Qualifications:
- min. 1 yr of restaurant experience as a FOH team member
- Great communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- being able to stand for a long period of time
- being able to understand table rotations
- being able to work in a fast-paced environment
- being able to work during WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
Business Hours
11am - 10pm
(Shift Hours: lunch 11-4:30, dinner 4:30-9:30)
