Line Cook:
- min. 2 yrs of experiences as a Line Cook (preferably in a Korean Restaurant)
- being able to follow directions in English
- being able to follow recipes
- being able to stand for a long period of time
- being able to lift and carry heavy boxes (ex: a box of cucumber, a box of cabbage, etc.,)
- being able to follow food safety guidelines
- being organized and cleaned with work areas
- great team player
- great work ethics
- professional, respectful and positive attitude is a MUST
- being able to work during busy holidays
Prep Cook:
- min. 1 yrs of experience in a full-service restaurant
- being able to follow directions in English
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- good knife skills
- professional and positive attitude is a MUST
- great work ethics
- being organized and cleaned with work area
- being able to stand for a long period of time
- being able to lift and carry heavy boxes (a box of brisket, a box of radish)
- being able to assist line cooks
